Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, holidays, inventory delays, or circumstances outside of our control.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, order size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and delays may occur due to weather, carrier issues, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other factors outside of Radiantly Healthy MD’s control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Radiantly Healthy MD is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking information.

We are happy to help provide available order and tracking details when possible.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging. Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement or refund after review.

Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered at checkout, pickup instructions will be provided after your order is placed. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
